After countless Fridays commuting to/from DOLE/OWWA at Onaiza Area, Al Dafna Doha, State of Qatar to attend their selected IT programs, graduates are set to receive their certificate.
My hubby Fred was fortunate enough to witness our "kabayans" donning their best attire, looking very dignified indeed. The look on their faces showed pride in their latest achievement of balancing academics with their day job as OFWs.
Congratulations to all students who have been or about to be awarded a certificate. The DOLE-OWWA Information Technology Program is now on its 18th Commencement Exercises on December 09,2016 at the City Center Rotana Hotel Doha State of Qatar.
