How Ela-G guest condo helps foreigner’s dilemma.

By Ela-G

Upon arrival in Baguio, a couple of foreign nationals stayed in a hostel but unfortunately, the place had issues. The host cannot control the noisy environment that even at fast midnight they claimed that they cannot catch their sleep. Certainly, the host isn’t going to tell you that the place is prone to noise pollution. It would put them out of business if they warn you. I’m not sure how you’d research any accommodation and figure this out to your advantage, maybe due diligence might do the trick beforehand. Because of the unfortunate incidence, they canceled their stay at the hostel the next morning and as we approved their request to live with us at Ela-G guest condo they left the hostel and headed straight to our place.

This is what they have to say:

Is Baguio worth visiting? Yes, still worth visiting. With regards to some negative comments about pollution that occurs mostly during the holiday season, it is true because of too many cars brought by lowlanders but it's not enough reason to say it's not worth visiting anymore. Just like anywhere in the world, it has a lot of positive and negative points.

There is so much more to Baguio. Yes, it is a great city; arguably one of the most exciting places in The Philippines! From history to colder climate, it’s certainly one of Philippines tourist epicenters. Whether you are a first-time vacationer or a business traveler, we recommend venturing beyond the city limits.

There are so many more places that this city has to offer outside of the buzz and bright lights of the Metro. Whether you fancy hiking, waterfalls site seeing, hot spring hopping, cool environment’s resorts visitations or just a city break, you will find several places to consider if you’re searching for something a little different from “The Big Smoke and heavy traffic” of the Metro.

Baguio City is a favorite summer destination among Filipinos and foreigners because that's when we get to wear boots and sweeter - it's cool and chill.
