SELF CHECK-IN (Key Safe Box)
As part of our continued innovations to enhance the operations at Ela-G guest condo Baguio, we recently installed a Key Safe Box to provide our guest with a self-check-in option if needed. Guest can enter the number of combinations provided to open the Key Safe Box. It is also a great way for us and our home’s caretakers to gain access without the hassle of bringing spare keys each time we want to visit the unit / when it is time to clean up. Waiting for the day when we will able to acquire igloohome Smart Lock from AirBnB.

You have access to the whole unit and the common areas of the condominium.

The neighborhood is peaceful with mountain views and pine trees. Only a few minutes’ drives to popular tourist destinations in Baguio City & nearby areas. Athena Tower III is only a few steps to/from Lourdes Grotto. For easy navigation, use Waze.

Getting around & transport facilities /routes

Victory liner (to/from Metro Manila) -  16 min 

Partas (to/from Ilocos ) – 15 min

Taxis can be called to take you to any point in the city. Uber and Grab Taxi services are also available in Baguio so getting around is convenient even without your own vehicle - 24/7.

Public transport utility (jeepney) line are available nearby which is about 5 minutes' walk from the place – Varies timing.

No illicit drugs, liquor or smoking inside the unit. Smoke only in the designated area provided by condominium complex property management office which is near the main entrance.

No loud music, parties or events gathering

No gambling of any form is allowed
No hanging of clothes outside the windows, you can use the utility room on the 7^th floor
