3) January 11, 2010: Prime Lot at Alta Montebello, Tagaytay highland (international sale - Saudi Arabia), my very own condo rental client. Price: Php 1, 092, 000.00
Hindi naman mag-papahuli ang sales ko this February...sana nga ma-dagdagan pa
4) February 1, 2010: Three bedroom House at Vanecia, Las Pinas City (international sale -Doha, Qatar), my very own repeat costumer. Price: Php 3, 991, 445.00.
My stay in Doha, Qatar is once again very happy not just because I have several queries trough Sulit may nag-reserve pa sa aking mga on-line clientele. Thanks again to Sulit group and to all my energetic college at Eton International Marketing who helps in the realization of this sale.

It is amazing morning na naman just because of my sale yesterday fron Vista Land International. Grabe na ito at sobrang happy ko talaga.

My clientele from Doha, Qatar insist that ako lang ang pwede niyang pag-katiwalaan para sa kanilang investments sa Real Estate kaya pinilit niya na ako mismo "ulit" ang mag-dala ng papers niya sa developer.

It is worth mentioning that most of my clientèle are repeat costumers that at first they are buying condos for their kid's education and later naman ay condo acquisition for rentals naman. Kagaya na lang kahapon, nagkita kami ng clientèle ko sa administration office ng isa sa aking condo building..ayun na encourage ko na bumili ulit sa akin.

Yesterday, I was talking to a client trough YM who want's to purchase a condo at Belton Place, Quezon City when suddenly a pop-up message from Eton main office, one of my affiliate developer, telling that a 2-bedroom unit & a studio (reconfigured from a 3-bedroom unit) was available. Since hindi pa ready, I think, yung kausap ko at nakita ko na maganda ang potential ng lugar at maganda 'rin ang location dahil corner unit, sa halip na ibenta ko....nainis ako, ako na mismo ang bumili.

Kaya sa lahat, huwag maniniwala sa malas, bagkus mag-sumikap para na 'rin sa ikagaganda ng sales kahit na anu 'pang araw ito. Price: Php 1, 541, 000.00.
